Partner: Federal Office for Information Security

The Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) is the federal government's cyber security authority and a shaper of secure digitalization in Germany. Our goal is the secure use of information and communication technology in government, business and society. With our support, information security should be understood as a prerequisite for digitization and implemented independently. We want to ensure that security aspects are already taken into account during the development of IT systems and applications. After all, information security and digitalization are inextricably linked.

Quantum technologies will change our lives forever and will have a major impact on information security in particular. Together with our European partner authorities, we are actively shaping the transition to post-quantum cryptography and the secure use of quantum technologies.
